Landhost calculator

What could your lot earn?

Enter your land size. We’ll estimate how many cars fit and what you could earn.

Your land and fees

A rough estimate is fine. We start with half your land for parking, leaving room for access and other uses.

You earn the visit fee once at your lot. Customers can pick up as soon as their car arrives. Each extra day before pickup adds the daily storage charge.

Adjust estimate

Leave spaces blank and we’ll estimate from your acres.

Use 0 for pickup on arrival, with no storage charge. This is an income estimate, not a required wait. Cars awaiting pickup still take up spaces.

Near an airport? Try an extra charge per visit.

How we work it out

We allow about 350 sq ft per car, including car aisles. Actual space depends on your layout and truck access.

For steady daily arrivals: cars per day × (your visit fee + estimated extra days before pickup × daily storage + any extra location fee). The customer pays a separate visit fee at the other terminal.

Hosting questions

What kind of property works?

Commercial lots, industrial yards, and vehicle facilities may qualify. Each site needs safe vehicle access, security, and permission for this use.

Do I need to meet every driver?

Drivers follow the lot’s agreed access instructions to collect or unload cars. A meeting with you is not a routine part of the trip.

What if my land has no street address?

Enter the nearest road or intersection, city, and state manually. We’ll confirm the precise location during review.

Does applying commit me to hosting?

No. Your property needs approval and an agreement before it becomes an operating lot. Applications are welcome across the U.S.

Who owns the lots and trucks?

Independent partners own the lots and trucks. Hoodini connects them with customers.
